What a brilliant day with lots of lovely people taking part of all ages. Very well done to the organizers, marshal's etc. And especially to all the runners / walkers and not forgetting the dogs!

Will let the organizers tell you how much they made for all their hard work. ££££ and the day was only starting when we left at 3.30pm.

It was a brilliant day - a real sense of achievement, both for finishing the run and knowing that the money raised is going to a worthy cause. Well done everyone...

We had a great day also, I took the easy route and walked 5km with a friend, my son (aged 9) ran the 5km - he did fantastic and my husband ran the 10km he also did brilliant. Thanks to all the organisers I am sure plenty of money was raised today for a good cause.

Yes a great day which I enjoyed tremendously. i enjoyed watching them all run off and i enjoyed watching them all returning, but I enjoyed even more Raziye's huge pleasure at the support she was given. I enjoyed seeing people returning with sweat on their faces, camaflaged with joy.

did I run? Of course not - I had to take photos (at least, that is my excuse!!!)

To the lady I bumped into at the 5K turning point (when I was chasing my 7 year old who had just embarked on the 10K) I am very sorry and hope no damage was done.

To all the organisers thank you for a great day. As a family we had a very special time. Thank you.

To the charity keep up the good work you are needed and appreciated.

Fantastic day, as you are all saying, everyone entered into the spirit of the day and to have Raziye there most of the day and evening was a joy, her pleasure was obvious and her gratitued was enormous, let's hope the final figure is phenomenal........

Well done to everyone involved in organising, taking part and just donating.

A real result and here's to next year.

Hi Marion,

Not serious, walking wounded.

Our friend, on holiday from Denmark, had gone deaf in one ear.

Nurseawful had a look into it, and diagnosed the cause,

and wrote down what to get from the chemist.

Turns out it was an ear infection,

picked up after being scuba diving.

Thanks' for your concern.

we were there all day, providing the music until well after mid-night. It was indeed an amazing effort by everyone. Congratulations to George and the rest of the organising committee. I believe they raised in excess of 40,000 Lira, with pledges still coming in. FANTASTIC!!!! Well done to everyone!
