But instead of deleting a few posts that went off topic, the subject was closed.



Can I ask a question, what has happened to the member(s) whose post(s) took the subject off topic , in the opinion of the FA and "FORCED" the subject to be closed?



I can now get any topic closed by simply posting something "off Topic". What new rule number is this?

ı kınd of agree wıth texas.why dosnt a mod wrıte.,,keep on topıc,, rather than close a whole thread where people mıght want to add.ıf the same people contınue to go of topıc.why dont they just delete theır post and not the whole thıng?ıt can be quıte annoyıng

I just despair with this, it was an interesting topic and always is for me and wanted to make my reply, when I was ready to. Now its closed because again, you get slanging matches between people and the moderator(s) cannot just sort the posters out by either publicly warning them or sending e mails privately. Why has everyone else got to keep suffering this futile attitude and not allow other people to continue with what was a sensible debate.



All that has to be done is to tell people they are going off topic and if it continues then warn people its going to be closed not just shut it down. Absolutely fuming over this.
