| To all the members of Cyp44, just a quick note to say how correct you all were on telling me not to go head with purchasing the villa we bought, 3 years down the line and still not complete, being lied to constantly by Sevilla, 180k out of pocket!
Humble pie again!!!
Please if anyone is considering purchasing, please listen to the guys on this site, I wish I had. |

Thanks for the advice.....went up there last week to have a look at the site after seeing the impressive advertisements about the Villas in the Property pages. Very disappointed with the state of the site and not a worker or piece of building equipment in sight......Had thought about contacting Sevilla for more details but after reading your post I will not be bothering.....

| One of the problems is that everyone believes what Sinan tells them instead of agreeing he should be given some kind of ultimatum and told to finish a site that is the only way he can prove his intentions. Up to now he comes across as being a con man and until he proves himself different then that is the title he deserves.If he wants a nice title then the ball is in his court and he is in a position to prove us all wrong. In my opinion for what it is worth he could not care less about his clients. |

| I know he makes promises, but can't keep them, he has sites everywhere, done in dribs and drabs, completes nothing, efficient to take the money, I only wish he was this way in competing also. |
