fully furnished/pool with service contract/gardener/some sort of tv,internet

Hi maybe you are right am not familiar with market rents in Karsiyaka as we live in Ozankoy bordering Bellapais where demand far outstrips supply for rental villas. However it would be up to the tenant to supply their own internet/TV package I think you will find these services are not normally included.

I am VERY interested in this villa. you haven't put a country code with the phone number and I have to call from Egypt. I'm a middle aged single lady expat who wants to rent unfurnished for 1 year minimum. I have cats and dogs though and they have to come too. Long term Brit expat with many years experience of renting. Will leave your villa as I found it.
