Prices for all flights and travel will probably rise more than you expect for 2009 it is the effect of fuel costs and the financial crisis that most of the world is suffering.

A lot of people may not have jobs - no jobs - less travel - rising prices to pay for aircraft / trains / boats / coaches + fuel / staff / maintenance

CTA have not even officialy issued the prices or the schedules for summer 2009 so the prices you pay now may probably be Y class (the most expensive) as an inflationary hedge on their part.

For a long while we have wanted to put SAF on our web site as a service to the TRNC/Turkey travellers.

Our travel insurance people who were going to offer SAF through us on our site have been delayed in doing so as the insurance people at LLoyds have had to rethink the costs (upward I assume) in the current climate so you will have to wait a little longer before you can cover your advance purchase seats with Scheduled Airline Failure insurance.
