Long term villa rental wanted. October 1st. 12 months

Hi All,



We (me, my husband and 3 month old baby), are in need of a long term 3/4 bedroom villa rent - starting from October 01st for 2 months.



We have decided to take 12 months out of the UK, whilst our son is still young. We have family that live in Catalkoy area - so ideally somewhere around that area but would consider anywhere from Bellapais to Esentepe.



Ideally we would like a villa with private pool, air con, central heating.



Hoping there may be somebody out there with a nice villa, perhaps who is selling and would take a rental if we look after viewings.



Your help much appreciated.
