Three apartment have come up for rent / purchase in Çatalkoy village.

One 2 bedroom and Two 3 bedroom

I don't think they are advertised with any Estate agents, the signs were posted in the windows of the apartments this morning. I have no details of rental.

The 2 bedroom and one 3 bedroom are on a small development of two blocks (one of 4 two beds and one of 4 three beds apartments) with communal pool.

The other 3 bed is on an adjoining development with 3 three bed blocks, a villa and communal pool.

These apartments are the only ones left on the two developments which have not been sold.

No they are in Çatalkoy village between the Dedeman Hotel and and the village centre

Too far out of town, need a car to do anything! These apartments are walking distance from all facilities.

I posted this helpful sensible post for anyone looking for a decent apartment, to watch it get burried by dross like that posted by Roomy and people stupid enough to reply to it and keep it alive.

I only put the info on the forum to help anyone looking for property to rent.

The builder has put them up for rent, I just live in the area and saw the adverts.

I can't work with anyone on this just pass on the info, if you phone the number I listed then they may want to work with you.:=)

I would not know how to put a picture on here.

As far as I am aware the builder is dealing with it and no agents are involved.

There are very few apartments in Çatalkoy vıllage.
