You tube Downloader. Does anyone know how to use it

You tube Downloader.



This allows you to download videos from you tube. However how do I find out the URL address of my favourite clip I wish to download into You Tube Downloader? It keeps saying enter URL address and wont download so don’t know how to use it.

Yes I do. Firstly, go to http://www.download.com and sear for YouTube downloader. Once you've downloaded the application, simply copy and paste the YouTube URL into the text box.



This will only save the video. If you want to save music, you'll need to download an mp4 to mp3 converter.

Just download RealPlayer the free version http://uk.real.com/realplayer/

as you watch the video a pop up will appear in the top right of the video asking if you want to download it. Just click on it and it does it automatically. If it doesn't, move the mouse to the top right hand coner and it pop out. It can also be used on any videos that use Flash to show you the video.

Your videos will be stored in your personal video folder, in a folder marked RealPlayer Downloads. From there you can play it RealPlayer and from RealPlayer you can convert it into a different video format; to put on a CD or even create a DVD, or even lift the soundtrack from it to form an MP3.

Yes Ive already downloaded. in you tube I click on SHARE which gives the code of the clip and I paste it in the software to download but it asks for the URL where do I find the URL on you tube of the clip??????????

The URL is in athe 'address bar'. It depends what browers and what version of browser you are using but usaly there is a long thin white box in the top left ish of your browser window. This is the address or URL of the page you are on. So on this page mine shows http://www.cyprus44.com/forums/67197.asp this is the URL for this page. For a utube URL goto the utbube page and the same box will have the URL for that video in it. Left click it once and the whole text of the URL turns blue, then right click and select 'copy' - if you are using Internet Explorer. Hope that helps

I use a "Tube Catcher" which allows me to download You Tube ect. plus I can convert almost any format into almost any format. I recommend it.

Firstly, download the YouTube downloader: http://download.cnet.com/YouTube-Downloader/3000-2071_4-10647340.html?tag=mncol;3



When on Youtube, copy and paste the URL into the YouTube downloader.



Secondly, download the Any Video Converter: http://download.cnet.com/Any-Video-Converter/3000-2194_4-10661456.html?tag=mncol;6



Once the YouTube video has downloaded, drag the file into the Any Video Converter. In the top right hand side of the converter, you can select which format to convert the file (e.g. mp3, mp4 etc).



As simple as that. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

OH NO....its not actually. Yes Ive learnt how to copy and paste the URL but when its downloaded I only get the song and not the DVD picture? IVe clicked on Save Video and tried Save MP3 but I just get the song playing and no pictures.

Furryfriends , save MP3 will only save sound. You probably need to convert the saved video file to another format that your PC will play directly. Try the URL below and have a look at the video that demos how youtube downloader works - check the section on 'load into the converter' bit of the video.

go to the site where you download the software and there must be some guide HAHAHA~
