Ive just bought an apartment at Blue Bay Village and Im finding my feet albeit slowly. I will be using my new 'home' as a holiday let and as such I need a reliable cleaner - maintenance contract. I expect the apartment to be well used and the agreement will be for a continual clean/maintenance regardless of visitors(just to ensure that the premises are kept spotless).

by the way. Don't hire cleaner/maintenance provider until we've been in contact. You should consider (alongside anybody else that"s been recommended) using the company that provide site maintenance at BBV. They are already on site several days a week and some of us already use them. Best Nigel
