Could this be a sign of the times. All utilities at normal rates, Kocan ready for trnasfer(assumed no encumberances) but that should be checked before you spend money such as Advocates fees, stamp duty, by the time you come to Register your Contract you will have spent unnecessarily if not all kosher.



If you are a foreigner and have to wait for Permission to Purchase, smack your own charge on it behind the Contract, then you will be first and second creditor on your own property, will cost, but worth it.



Other things to check.



Pre 74 title, if it is you will not as a foreigner get PTP under present regime.

Too close to or overlooking military land ditto as Pre 74 title
