hi, i've resently joined the forum, and finding all the subjects and topics very interesting and helpful, recently bought (earlier in the year) in essentepe on the denizi vista site, near the new golf course, from coastal properties. Can anybody give me any information, good or bad, and on how the development is progessing.Also any future developments on the coast road for any shops, bars ect.

I live on the site next door,very few workers at your place recently,doesn't seem to have moved forward for ages,still a long way to go.

Hi Sheraton
No shops as yet being built near to your end but about half a mile along from the entrance to Esentepe on the main road, just past Alkan Holiday Village, they are building some retail units. At the moment they are just a shell, and most likely to be yet another Yapi Market or two!
