I am looking for a friend of mine who has been house sitting for a year for a friend while they were in UK, the villa has now been sold so they are looking for a 3 bed apartment or villa/bungalow in or around the Lapta, Alsancak area for a long term rent. Ideally unfurnished with shared pool. If anybody knows or hears of anything can you please let me know and I will pass the information on. There are no children just 2 adults, he works for the army and I have know them both for 16 years, very trustworthy and she is one of the tidiest/cleanest people I have met, a bit obsessive to be honest haha...... but the house would be well looked after.
