NN.

I'm sure you, 'The Mongers' and all your other " F (r ) einds" will be happier in Thailand, or wherever.

Personally I am fed up with you and the "Roooooomy" answering every thread. Or is Roomy yourself?

Anyway, for those interested in knowing more about the restaurant in question it used to be the Moon over the Water and was and is a successful business.

Yes Simbas I agree. They have got it going just right and there is great potential for any new owners to take it further.

I had a look but then read

"Although there is an increase in the amount of development going on it is being strictly regulated by the government which is wary of degrading the coastlines and natural beauty of the country with ill-conceived construction projects. Developers are being forced to take the natural surroundings into consideration in order to maintain the integrity of the natural setting. Despite the recent price hikes in the North Cyprus property market, it still offers investors great opportunities to buy real estate at very competitive prices..."

and that blew credibility out of the water for me.

msg14...davedee....After a lifetime in the construction industry,I can assure you that Estate Agents more often than not forget what they are "themselves"...Just think Dodgy used car dealer chasing commission,.......That would be closer to the mark..

It must be very comforting to know everything and be able to generalise so freely. Of course all construction companies are totally honest and always deliver what they promise

There is also a one bedroom bungalow within the grounds of this stunning restaurant.

Genuine question. How is the new Dual Carriageway going to affect this restaurant?

Hello Yenibob,

The new dual carriageway should not adversly affect the property. It is being widened on the other side of the road and in any case there is a large car park area in front of the restaurant more than enough to accommodate any road widening on that side if needed.
