Escape Beach, Rip off or not??

Is it just me or is Escape Beach a giant rip off....



I dont know about everyone else but the only thing that 'escaped' was my money from my wallet...



don't get me wrong, I dont mind paying a little extra if it is worth it, however, the staff were completely disinterested, and the food was sub par...they brought our fish which was bloody inside, the other orders were wrong, and just a general, take it or leave it attitude....I dont want to include everybody working there but there was a serious lack of management, perhaps it was just my luck....have been going there over the years but my latest experience there will be my last time for good....two people, 200lira, and bad almost rude service...have to draw the line....



They really need some competent management.....

Must say the one & only time I have been the food was lovely - didnt pay to go in as only wanted to eat - but will definately go again?

as I said I have been going for years, perhaps I just had a bad experience my last two visits, just remember the previous years being run better....but I do love the beach there...

On a serious note,ive never tried the food there only snacks,everything else has been fine when ive been.

sorry did not try the food but the beach was excellent and the watersports a good price.its down to personal taste but i will be returning after a great day with the family

As per another thread on beach charges, guess you pays your money and takes your choice, as they say. And it is getting increasingly difficult to find a 'natural' beach to enjoy with no payment. Personally i don't want to frighten everyone off the beach when seen wearing my bikini, so I don't go, and I don't like crowds, but equally I do object to paying for something that should be my right to have for free.

hey cheeky person i will have you know it is at least £250 a day up here and its currently a building sight, so stop selling Blackpool short. Where else can you empty your pockets so quickly grow another leg from swimming in the sea and come home stinking of dog dirt just a 4 hour traffic jam away???
