| He is prompt, polite, efficient and charges a reasonable price for task. If gas required, cost rises. He serviced our 4 A/C units and was gone - with no mess - within 2 hours. One unit will not, for whatever reason, heat the room and he inspected, checked and advised as to likely cause, cost of a replacement circuit board, time for repair and final recommendation 'not to bother, as it was only in a spare bedroom and how many times would it require heating'. |

| Thanks everyone tried Vaughan but was told to ring Monday which I would have done, but Cengis at Stevies got a local guy to come. Problem was a faulty conducter/condenser in unit on roof, changed it now my 8 yr old grandson is going to sleep well. Cost was 160tl, do not know or care if price was right or high, job done and problem resolved same day. Have kept Vaughan's number for future and I will remember you as well Richard, if guy from Cengis had not have come I would of rung you. John |
