Just a suggestion how about doing a weekly recipe for us, something quick and simple.

Just my observation, I will stand corrected should you wish to refute my response. Nobody of substance in the hotel and catering industry will write the title Head Chef in the context of not using capital letters. It is the most prestigious title you can be elevated to. My cousin Riane Stubbs a Sous Chef at a top hotel in Malaysia the and my brother is Mark Stubbs a Head Chef in the UK. Trust me I know about this peculiarity.

Take a look at this thread and bear in mind that at this time No1 Doyen was not a mod (or Simbas?).
