we need a large modern 3/4 villa/bungalow with pool preferably east of Girne . Unfurnished would be ideal but large enough to use a bedroom to store our possessions if already furnished.

retired non smoking couple we have been here for 7 years. Rental of minimum 2 years initially and willing to pay annually in advance. we require possession by the end of September (sooner is better)

We have a 4 bed villa with pool in the mountains above Alsancak. It is furnished but room to store with the 4 bedrooms and it also has a garage. Let me know if this area is of interest and I can send further details.

Hi Barry.I have recently vacated a 4 bedroom detached furnished villa east of Girne.It is on the coast road by Esentepe Three minutes walk from the new supermarket.We rented it for a year and only moved out as my wife wanted something smaller without stairs but we enjoyed the stay in the villa and the location.The land lord is called Zeki and his mobile number is........05338313309.... he's a good guy and will help you out as he has more than one property. (£400 per calendar month is what he charges..)Jim.
