We have a 4 bed villa for long term rental, it is just past Malatya in the mountains up from Alsancak. Stunning views and very quiet, pool and garage and in furnished....if of interest let us know your email address and we can send more info and photos. It takes about 10 mins to get down to the coast road at Alsancak.

We may have our villa available for rent from the 10th October in Karaoglanoglu.

Small site with communal pool and tennis court, 3 bedrooms sleeps 5 (2 dbl 1 single) Air Con in all rooms nice small private garden 5 mins from the beach. £400 gbp fully furnished.
