Hi,

Dr Can Cobanoglu ( no Turkish keyboard so it is sadi differently ) has a practice in Lefkosa.

He has a walk in clinic in the morning 9.30 to 12.30 or afternoon by appointment.

His phone number is 0392 2234800 and speaks perfect English.

e.mail: drcan@kibris.net

It is located by taking the right exit at the brains roundabout at Lefkosa coming from Girne, left at the traffic lights just past HSBC.

Keep going straight till you pass K-Pet garage on left.

Left and roundabout then immediate first left.

Lemar car park on RHS....TURN RIGHT AT END OF THIS ROAD.

Then 2nd left and 1st right Should be a sign on top of building.

Then first right .Building is a detached house.

See http://www.cyprus44.com/forums/67178.asp

Dr Can Cobanoglu in Lefkosa is very good and has a walk in morning clinic from 9am except Thursdays(?).

When I saw him 3 years ago I could hardly walk or sit after rupturing 2 discs, he gave me some injections in my back and I had immediate relief. I then had 12 sessions of laser/ultrasound/tens over 4 weeks and that just about cleared up the problem. I get the occasional twinge now but usually after doing something strenuous. Thoroughly recommend him - he has treated my brother and niece successfully too.

Just found this on another post http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2659/4200011954_023f7468cc_o.jpg - his opening hours are 09.30 - 12.30 on weekdays and 09.30 to 13.00 on Saturday. Looks like he is only closed for appointments on Thursday afternoons.

I had terrible problems with a frozen shoulder, saw orthopod at the then Medikent Hospital, had local anaesthetic injections and sent immediately to physio. Her name is Gizem Vaiz, tel. 0533 8661336, had ultrasound, tens and exercises and was totally pain free and mobile within 10 days. I would definitely recommend her
