Need 4 or large 3 bed villa in Alsancac?lapta area

I will be moving to N.Cyprus with my family in january in time for the new term at Sunny lane School. Does anyone know of any good 4/3 bed large villas (we have 3 kids!!) for rental (furnished or unfurnished). Must have decent pool and views and central heating/aircon. Budget is upto around 600 max GBP.



Also we will need a car. After reading all the comments re importing i will just bite the bullet and pay the extortionate prices in N.Cyprus. I think the stress of importing one would be too much! Would consider long term leasing/rental if anyone can help.

Hi Craig, I have a friend who would be happy to rent. she has a house in lapta with a pool ,lovely garden also three bedrooms plus aircon in living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Due to family illness she is over in uk and will not be back for a while. house is up for sale but she will rent out no problem, furnished.

Hi Craig, I am about to leave my rental villa. Its 5 minutes from sunny lane school. It has four bedrooms, a pool, central heating(essential) and good size plot. There is a house on http://www.Korinia.com 4 bedrooms nice pool take a look 5 minutes from sunny lane by the merit hotel round the corner.

Thanks Liz your villa sounds good. Is there any chance i could get some pics etc and an idea of cost? We will be bringing our own household furniture but no outside furniture. Would the outside tables etc be available? Is the Villa 5 mins walk or drive from Sunny lane?

Hello Susie, Thanks for your offer but we do need a villa, with 5 of us it gets a bit noisy so we need our space! I will be looking for a 7 seater when i arrive so unfortunately your jeep is not big enough for the hoard! Would be interested in more info on your customers villa though if possible

The make is Landmark, the car is all Mitsubishi, but made in China

It is 7 months old has 18,000 Kilometres on the clock, and had its 2nd service yesterday

2.4 petrol (which is better because of the high road tax here on desiel)

Manual Dark blue and 7 seater



Anything else you need to know???
