The property has magnificent views over the Morphou bay and also towards the Trodos mountains and the Kyrenia range.

Both properties are located about 5 - 10 miles from the Yesilirmak crossing to the South or 20 miles from the Guzelyurt crossing.

Wish i could move over there. Sounds great! But at the moment i don't think i could. But it sounds fbaulous and a great rental and such a beautiful place. In fact I have just been asking him on the settee whether we couldn't go for a while. But just one question. When you say 'long term rental' just how long is long?

We usually let on a twelve month basis as this is most popular with tenants, however, we would let for two or three years. If you want to see some pictures, let me know but best to talk it through with him on the settee first.

Thankjs message 6, but this time it appears it has to be a 'no'. I would love in so many ways to move over there, but friends who know me well assure me that the time is not yet ripe for me to 'run away' into the tranquility over there. And I guess they are correct. But it sounds like heaven to me, but maybe I am not yet ready for heaven.



Of course, it owuld be good if I could afford to have it as a second home and commute week-ends or some such.

But, it might be an idea to have pictures, or go and take a look. I am due to go over that way in 10 days or so, so maybe to see pictures would be good.
