Aaargh!! This has been ongoing since 19th june, i have phoned callcentre they say call bank, bank say call pegasus! I managed to get bank to talk to pegasus and bank raised chargebank, now pegasus have debited my bank account again!!

I spoken to girne office, they cant help as i did it on line, i have been trying all day to get through to turkey call centre and uk but just keep holding until cut off, i have even tried head office in turkey but soon as i press 8 for english they cut me off. I have lost count of phone calls, emails and letters that i have done............

If there is anyone out there from pegasus please contact me i am pulling my hair out with your false promises and diabolical IVR system, if anyone on here has alternative contact would you be so kind as to let me know please.

I have tried. 8502500737. Uk 08450848980. And turkey 02126927777. And pegasus travel agency in girne

Thanks

I think you missed the joke about a joke company. Flyp'i'gs.com. Anyway, good luck with your endeavours!
