I have been trying unsuccessfully to get them on the phone , only been answered 2 times in as many weeks and then its unintelligible and they say phone back and put the phone down.

their web site does not work and I wonder if anyone has an e.mail address for them. The info@cyprushomebase.com does not work either.

I know that my neighbours have also tried to contact them but to no avail.

I am over next week but I would like my settee's sorted before then .

HELP

I did look at other posts thanks ,but I just thought maybe I could get something done.they have managed to get somethings right thankfully and most of our furniture is fine.

We were on our third table before they got that right, then we have 6 dining chairs 4 one pattern 2 plain, got that sorted. now all the same but one damaged ,they took that away to fix then sent it back so we could use it until the new fabric arrived, its taking a very long time I can tell you. Our settees need recovered as there are splits in the" leather". We have waited at least 3 months for that to be shipped over from Turkey.

It would have been quicker to have it shipped from the UK.

Just had an e.mail from my neighbour to say that homebase was closed today when they went to have a word on my behalf. Is it unusual for them to be closed through the week, or is there some holiday .

Good news folks !!!! Got the suite sorted they must have been sick to death of me because they have taken the suite away and we have a brand new one and we have gone over it with a fine tooth comb, they have also fixed the dining chair, Result

But I will definately steer clear of them in future.

Must of gone downhill since we used them, bought a 3 piece with a convertible settee/bed and had no problems at all.

Hi negativenick,

I don't think you could get settees and table & dining chairs from Ikea, how would you get them back to the north? They will not deliver over the border and even if they did, you would have to pay duty on what you bought.

So was this an intelligent question or a joke or am I being nieve?
