The 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroom villa can be rented but I need some maintenance carried out and garden care done over the winter months? Hence the reasonable rent.



You will have to pay for utilities used but I am open to offers for the rent but do not be too silly!!



Suit someone who maybe is house hunting or renting before home finished or even a new arrival who is looking for their first place here.

Car may also be available.

We will be arriving in Cyprus immedaitely after Christmas (might be too late for you) to seek long-term rental accommodation and need an initial 3 month rental but it depends on what you need doing whereas I have an excellent track-record with gardens.
