Flat rental recommendations

I have two one bedroom flats at Patara City which are rented on long-term lets, and my current agent is having personal problems and can no longer cope with keeping an eye on the flats or the tenants.

Does anyone have an agent they can recommend, someone trustworthy and reliable ?

Also, can anyone tell me what they are getting rent-wise for a one bed at the moment, and what you are paying for Ozyalcin service charges ?

We have a couple of 1 bed properties rented out there for £310 pcm (furnished)

Ozyalcin site fees are £50pcm each.

I can recommend Sunbeams. Several of my friends are renting out their properties through them.Some in my street and a couple (friends of friends) in Patara. The tenants and landlords are very happy with the professional service provided by Sunbeams.

I can recommend to you Sunbeams Estate Agency. Few of my friends renting from them and they really happy with their professionalism and also they are very responsible of their service that they providing to a tenant or to landlord so i think you will not regret if you will find them.
