After four years with Nethouse, i'm fed up with the constant loss of connectivity.



Getting them on the phone (when they bother to answer) is a waste of time.



So; the big question.



It's still early days for them but how good and reliable are Multimax?

I really do not understand why newscoop has problems with Nethouse. We have used them for a number of years now and have received a consistantly good service from them. They always answer the phones promptly and their call out resp[onses have been excellent!

I did not say that it was only you "who is having problems!" My comments referred to our satisfaction with Nethouses'service delivery!

I've been with Nethouse for over 3 years now.

Telephoning them is not the easiest way to contact them.

Now if I have any problems, I email them.

If it's possible, they sort the problem out from their end,

if not, they will email or phone me telling me what the problem is etc.



Next time there's a problem, try emailing them, if you're still online

I have been with Nethouse for a couple of years now and if this question had been asked a month or so ago, I would have recommended Nethouse. They were OK, not the best but OK.



BUT I can't do so now. I find I frequently can't even open a page in my browser as it times out for taking too long!!!! I am supposed to be on a 1 meg connection for heavens sake. As previously covered in other posts,my download speeds are erratic to say the least, occasionally normal but all to often these days they are down to about 1/4 of what they should be.



And when you contact them they says "your set up is fine, we've checked and there is nothing wrong". So there you go, you pay your money and take your choice.



Choose carefully!!!!

Compass maybe your set up is fine - maybe there is a problem with your router or your computer.

Moxie, msg 8, NO! - well just my own...

There is a 'Keith' who fixes computers, and seems to be highly regarded by those who have dealt with him, but it's not me.

I think that he's in Alsancak, same as me, (or possibly Lapta) but I'm not aware of ever meeting him.
