Dear Client, 2.11.2011

Re: Immovable Property Purchase in North Cyprus

This e-mail inevitably will be sent to all our clients on our e-mail system so please just ignore it if you are not involved in immovable property purchase in North Cyprus or if you are registered title holder already or sold your property to others.

I was intending to write to our clients in the process of obtaining deeds and specially to those who lodged with us charges and taxes for a while. The valuation since 2008 was more or less based on the contract price because since 2008 contracts stamped and registered with Tax Offices and Lands Offices but lately we started getting very high valuations over the contract price. When we disputed this with the Lands Offices they said this is the current value taking into account plot size and square meter of the house or apartment. So I was going to write to all the client
