Some may remember my previous post regarding CV maintenance payments.



Recently the previous site manager and 'Director of the Maintenance Company' left, very much under a cloud.



At about this time it was revealed that a conspiracy to defraud those in dispute with the Maintenance Company was published whereby the 5% early payment discount was increased to 30% to penalise those in dispute. (as they could not claim the discount whilst in dispute). It was clearly disclosed in the correspondence between the parties that this was to penalise the 'non-payers' to put pressure on them to pay.



This was arranged by a manager in the maintenance company along with members of the Owners Association



Any suggestions as to what action to take?

me thinks a little mafia was set up , if you look closely at the owners associations property , you will see that all gardens ,surrounding areas , to said properties have been completed , mine is still uncompleted , on purchasing i was promised all land scaping would be done , 3 years later the garden is like a wilderness , in fact we are in the process of doing it ourselves , which we will pay for and maintain ourselves , we are 4 in a block , and i will take 6 weeks out and do it , ms lane and others got what they wanted , btw , they probablly left with the maintenance cash , penny for youre thoughts mick .

I,ve heard those rumours about Sandra and her free topsoil (perks of the job ?, along with new front doors, car rental agency to the Maintenance Company, Property Rental Agency to the Maintenance Company etc.) I would love to donate 10 tons of topsoil to her...........

My theory is that the Site Manager gets to run the Maintenance Company (perhaps in place of wages)



Andry Management (a shareholder with a property in the same block as me - never got off the ground)



Haven Management (Owned by the Site Manager - Sacked apparently)



Chelsey Village Maintenance Company Ltd



Set up by the latest site manager, watch this space.......



Completion in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and the latest guess 2014.

p.s. Maintenance payments at the full-rate implemented 2008.

Is it true that a certain owner of a 'Blue' west London football club is the financier of Chelsey Village ? Lot's of similarities to Chelski I mean Chelsea, there's Kings Walk hmmmm. As for the unelected Chairperson this Sandra she comes across like a stink in an unattended karsey ie, it just won't go away on it's own, it needs cleaning up ! Well even Banga banga Berlusconi was forced out in the end so keep the faith as the saying goes. If she is up to no good feathering her nest just like Banga banga people will only take so much crap b4, like Fletcher Christian man can only swallow so much contaminated water, there is sure to be a Mutiny on board The Chelsey Village, aye shipmates !

No. He doesn't have any investment in it. Not enough profit. Maybe he will put in a bid

to be the Maintenance Company at CV - far more money in that.
