Hi Tony/Maggie,

I was over there a few days ago and posted my feedback on another thread for Turtle Bay Beach and here is the link:

http://www.cyprus44.com/forums/show-message.asp?messageID=773

Work is well underway and I think realistically we are looking at another 18 months before the development is completed but the properties that have been sold are the ones being built at the moment as a priority. I will be going back early next year to see how they are getting on and Unwins will be sending us monthly updates so I will keep you posted. Which block are you in? See you there one day perhaps!

Hi Tony/Maggie,

My pleasure, I think we will be going again in April 2008 so I shall keep you informed. If you like I can email you the photos I have of the site so far? Work is well underway now so by Xmas this year I expect to see a lot of progress.

Dodger, sorry I don't know anything about Turquoise Bay, is this one of Santa Fe's developments? If so, I can look into it for you.

Hi Tony / Maggie

We have just got back from Turtle Bay village on the 31-10-07, after taking possession and getting the keys. The weather was great apart from 2 days rain. During one of the days rainfall, we encountered an internal leak on one of the bedroom walls, due to a leak in the drain down-spout which is plastered behind the wall. The problem has now been rectified. During our lazing by the pool, there seems to be issues with other apartments, with all the activity going on, and the banging we could hear.

Anyway, not being negative, the place is coming on nicely, we are going back for the new year.

All the best

Bob & Anne - Block 25B / 04

Turtle Bay Village is a different development to Turtle Bay Beach We have to wait another 18 months before we move in unfortunately Tony/Maggie and Andy & Deb, As promised, I received a photo update from Unwins just this morning and things are progressing very well. I was there 2 weeks ago and you can see the difference already.

We will be getting monthly updates now from Unwins so I'll report back when I hear more.

Best wishes to everyone in Turtle Bay Village and Turtle Bay Beach.

Dodger - the agents for Turquoise Bay is Henry Charles - see if they have a website. We are at Turtley Bay Village and got back this morning but Turquoise Bay is very close to ours and some of the apartments look nice.

Good news!
