hi... am posting this on the forum for a friend... they are looking for a holiday villa preferably in the lapta area with 3 bedrooms, and if possible its own pool, they are looking at the beginning of may 2012 till at least middle of july.... they are willing to pay around 350 month... if you have anything of interest to them you can contact roland on.....home number 01702460182 or mobile075039500046

I would think that they would need to pay at least £350 per week for a holiday villa of that criteria.

no not really....if doing long term holiday let for at least three months you find you can get for 350 a month a private villa lots of people do this

ballyboffin as stated in my first message put this on for a friend who requires a villa for 3 months from may till july next year for around 350 a month.... so what that got to do with my villa.... and to answer your question was advertising my villa for rent but we want long term rental and still do...
