Nowhere in the world has a 25% rise in property prices at the moment that I know of, and especially the TRNC, or do you mean a 25% rise since the 50% drop in prices.......!!

Here's a fact - not one single property owner on the Beachside development, 2 mins drive from Korineum GC could sell their property for more than they agreed to pay the developer 5 years ago. I agree it is a great golf course and will eventually underpin the property values in the Esentepe area but not for a while I'm afraid.
