Are you sure 1500sq ft is the house size? Thats over 450 sqm, thats one heck of a big house. Which makes it one heck of a cheap house.

well i think so. it is a big house. it is 700 sqm the whole land so properly correct that it is 450sqm just the house. im no good with messurements but does sound right

1500sq ft is about 150 sq m jack the ladett... where did you get 450sq m from?? maybe you should post some pics somewhere Nemika so people can take a look. I'm not looking myself... but good luck with the sale!!

If you look to the top of the tiled deed, you will be able to give us plot size in:

.....Dunum......Evlek......Ayak



Also on the title deed there is a section:

Olcek:1/2500 or 1/1250 which is on your title deed.



Give me this detail I will work out for you the plot size in sq meter & total build right in sq meter.
