I have rented my 3 bed apt in Patara for 300GBP. Penthouses are nice but definitely not worth that much., even with the monthly maintenance fee included (I am assuming it is).



For that price, you can only rent it out to uni students (most probably 8 of them sharing it) which will return you a wreck when they move out.



You, as the landlord, of course have the right to set your asking price.
