We have a detached bungalow for winter rental NOV - APR The bungalow is fully furnished and has 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms, large lounge and fully fitted kitchen. It has a woodburning stove and electric radiators in the bathrooms. It also has Satellite TV 2000 channels and internet connection. The bungalow has a very large roof terrace with amazing views of the coast, forest and mountains. It is set in it's own easy to manage gardens and overlooks a very large communal pool. The bungalow is located nr Esentepe just off the coastal road.

Does the 5% ( per year I assume) include management and rent collection or is it just a finders fee. If you have suitable referenced tenants I have a 3 bed u/f apt with white goods and curtains on a popular site in Lapta.
