If anyone carries a letter, parcel or anything for anyone else it is sensible to check the contents...the carrier/passenger is liable.

I needed to send some documents urgently to the UK. I used DHL. They came to Lapta and picked up and were delivered in 3 days. 50 euros or equivalent in lira or sterling.



(They did open the package and check I wasn't sending money though) hehe

Mi mike yes I know as I have used their service before ,but 50euro's to get a self assessment to the revenue is a bit over the top.

Rocky I am sure Rowlo is aware of that ,and I would not dream of asking someone to take a sealed envelope on board a plane
