| Room only, in 3 bedroom flat, with mother and daughter.
Available 5th March for 6 months, more time negotiable.
Double bedroom with single bed (Bed linen provided)
Bed side table and lamp, mirror
Computer desk and draws
Own toilet in bathroom across the hall way
Own balcony (Also used to dry clothes)
Lots of wardrobe space! (Use of iron and ironing board).
Must be female ONLY!! Perfect for a foreign student, bus stop to Girne American University just outside.
VERY IMPORTANT YOU ACCEPT Due to there being a 2 year old child, this person must NOT bring friends back to the apartment, in return i offer a safe space, a family home.
Use of kitchen with all its amenities.
£130 a month, Plus bills!
Bills are approx another 50tl
