Try the garden centre other side of the road to the Ship inn they generally have lots at the back of their shop. Think its called Green garden.

In Girne on the same road as the Digiturk shop, there is a pet shop, had lots of cat size carriers last time i was there. They weren't out the way on price. They looked ok at first gance.

But i would suggest you check out the exact requirements for a sky kennel as what may pass in Turkey might not be good enough if you are flying into the EU, so to speak.

I bought one for the Green Garden and Pet place near the army camp/Ship Inn. They only had one left when I got mine (I got mine with a friend we bought 4 in total) they did say they were getting more in but they would be priced higher as this was old stock. Bargain for it though okay you might get a good deal.

They were priced at TL270. Hope this helps.

Basic Cat Carriers and Cat Carriers that are approved by Air lines are not necessarily the same thing. Don't make that mistake and find yourself buying the wrong one or you'll be out of pocket. Green Garden near the Ship Inn sometimes have them.

Be sure to get IATA approved. Must have the correct fitting and fixings etc.

There are plenty on the net from about gbp30 or so, here's and couple of examples:

http://www.animalsource.co.uk/gulliver-iii-iata-approved-pet-carrier-box-for-pets-up-to-12kg-1443-p.asp

Much cheaper in the UK if you can get someone to bring you one out.
