Only thing about there is ,if you walk around just listening ,you would think you were on the set of ''The Only Way is Essex''. Not a Turk in hearing distance.



Use only a good estate agent like D&B or Ian Smith, as you want to ensure the village property is indeed Turkish title and you are able to get ptp . That would restrict you to buying from a foreigner with title to sell on.

TRNC title would mean the house was once lived in by a GC family ,which is a different kettle of fish morally than buying a house on exchange land that was just land.
