Property Management Service - Esentepe

Hi everybody



I wonder if anyone knows of a company who would take care of my apartment which is in the Esentepe area. I would like them to organise things like cleaning, laundry and routine checks when it is unoccupied.



Any recommendations welcome, I think would prefer a small local company to one of the big firms.

there are quite a few firms that offer management services but be carefull because some of them are not very organised there is one firms i know off that offer quite a good service is lynxco ive provided you with a link

Be very careful who you choose, I have had plenty of experience with my villa. I found that the larger companies did not supervise their staff with the result that your property was never prepared to the standard you wanted, you could tell the Management company what you expected of them until the cows come home. I would never again use one of the larger companies.



I must add though that I have no experience of Lynx so cannot comment on them.

I think I contacted them about property management a long time ago before we found out about our site management team. We are at Turtle Bay Village and they said that it was too far for them to come out. I think this is the couple who are on frankandjoan.com. Worth a try though. I do know someone else called Tom Spensley who does property management and will come out as far as Esentepe. He did our snagging and builders clean and we met him and his wife when we were over recently. Seem very nice people who I am certain would be reliable and do a good job. I will dig out his e-mail address for you.

Glencoe in Esentepe are a registered company who are small and are reliable they do property and pool management and Roger & Angie are both very experienced
