There was a lovely villa for rent for £300 pcm on here yesterday inc maintenance ( not sure what that included )

Seemed a bargain to me

If you can get a villa for that £ you never know

Hardly any apartments built in Karsiyaka anyway because they're not allowed to build 3 floors, but £200 or less per month will be very hard to find unless you go to Tatlisu!

High rents is why there are so many standing empty & getting damp & needing repair, costing much more than if the rent was lower & the place was being cared for & at least the bills are getting paid & nobody is breaking in or squatting which seems to be a common practise lately with less work around.

Just because the agent advertised saying you will get an 8% return is not altogether true now is it.........!

I think we should set up a landlordsd charity fund and perhaps give our properties rent free Take away the agent fee, maintenance, insurance, and rental tax, whats left??? Not a lot makes me laugh, but good luck with your search
