No Signal On Nilesat

Can anyone shed some light on NILESAT , we have had no signal for all channels for a few weeks now ?? do they have a tech help desk ?? just asking as never seen an office around ...... thanks

Nilesat working ok in Esentepe, has your dish moved because of the strong winds? also just double check all cables are plugged in far enough, I say this because it happened to me a while back, felt a right idiot when I phoned the guy who installed it.
