Has anyone used the on-line check in ? if anyone has, could they please tell me if I still need to go to the desk at Stansted or do I just go straight through security? Is it like Easyjet? Also will the same apply when I have to come home through Ercan?

You still have to go through the airline desk @ both airports, all it realy does is give you a guarenteed seat of your choice free of charge.

I used the online check in last year. There was a desk where you deposit your baggage. The print-out you will have made when you checked in is used as your boarding card, and is accepted by security. Not sure what you do if you have no baggage.

Ercan is totally different Just treat your online check in as a seat reservation. You still have to queue with everybody else. There is no special desk, and you will need one of "their" boarding cards. So much for progress!

I'm using AtlasJet in the summer, so it will be interesting to see what their procedure is.

They usually have a separate checkin for you drop your luggage, just show them your boarding pass.

If you have hold luggage you will of course have to check it in.

Hand luggage only, you can go straight through, but ONLY if you print off your boarding pass and have that with you.

Be carefull of hand luggage, Pegasus take excessive hand luggage off you at the ramp and it goes in the hold.

Same aplies at Ercan, but no hand luggage checks.

Remember the liquids limits.

Msg 2.

You can't chose your seat unless you pay extra. Otherwise is is allocated to you (But at least it's yours)

Davedee

Flights start on the 7th April. I had a particular question I needed to know the answer to, and I contacted them by email, with a reply within hours. They also have an English option at their call centre (although I haven't used it) on 0090 850 222 00 00 (Ext:9 For English).
