A friend of mine has 1 bed room fully furnished excellent apartment for rent in Patara complex.

What are the perspective in case she intends to give it for renting? How much she can get and will it be advisable? Will it be better to give in summer time only?

Thank you for advicing.

1 bed room apartments at Patara let for £325 per month, fully furnished on a long term let. Mainly to students, £50 per month of that goes on Site maintenance and £32.50 on rental tax. Your friend should expect to receive approx £240 per month.

Thank you, how the rent tax is paid? Will it be better to work with the agent?
