Anyone recommend a painter for outside of villa

Can anyone recommend a good painter who wil lbe able to fill in cracks, seal and paint the outside of my villa, its approximately 190m 3 bed villa.

Also looking to have water tank sunk undergrown, currently at road level

I have just arranged to have mine painted - The painter lives in Karsiyaka, he has done lots of work in the area and is very thorough and his work is of a high quality.



He recommends that we have this done about May. Drying out has to be absolutely finished before cracks filled and painting done. He also said he would dig out all the old sealant round the windows which was cracked and let in lots of water when it rained. We had not even realised that this was where the water came in!
