we found a good rental firm who managed to find us someone within 6 days.maybe it was luck i dont know but thay only charged us 5% per month of our income from the rental.i think thay have an advert in the cyprus weekly or you can mail them at cyprus_rentals@hotmail.com many thanks dave and joan in lapta.....
