I know you said a bungaow would be nice but have got a brand new 2 bedroom unfurnished apartment on the 1st floor in Karakum if this is any good at £350 pm. If you can let me have your email I will keep you updated.

The site is in a beautiful location with indoor and outdoor pool.

It has been redecorated recently and would be £350pcm including maintance charges and water bill.
