Msg 3,

A tip -

If you put littlevillacompany into Google, you will find their website, which will give you all the information that you want, a lot quicker than asking someone else to find it for you!

Hope that helps...

Keith.

Hi Richard,

I wonder if my e-mail got to you regarding the berths at the marina, it was regarding buying or renting a berth at the marina. I sent it to - info @thelittlevilla.com. So if you have any details could you pass them on to me through the forum.

Regards,

Bit worrying that for the last few years all information regarding the new marina has come from "Richard at Little Villa Company".

Anyone seen any other sources to verify its current status?

i presume it was a lie used to try and boost property sales in the Bahceli area. They say that 3/4 of the 500 berths have already been reserved, which i highly doubt.

The devloper of Port Cyprrium marinia is Altan Hussain a good friend of mine.

The permissions as you know are in place, when I spoke to Altan a couple of weeks ago work is scheduled to commence this April.

As regards the reserving of bearths I cant comment.

What i will do is contact him this morning later and ask him what is happening and maybe obtain permission to include an e mail address then you can contact him direct.

Bradus, msg 15,

There have been a couple of fairly detailed articles in the local papers about this project, detailing the work that is being done to satisfy the Antiquities Department - I haven't seen any information put out by "Richard at Little Villa Company" except what has been posted on this board - NOT my sole source of information about what is going on in the World!

canyavuz msg 16,

I think that it is a bit strong to slander the Developer, Altan Hussain and his Agents with the casual accusation that it was a lie to boost property sales.

Would you care to reconsider your statement?

I have spoken to Altan Hussain this morning all information regarding latest on Port Cyprium can be found at http://www.port-cyprium.com if you have any specific enquiries altan@port-cyprium-marina.com.

Incedently he is very concearned about the accusation that the sale of bearths numbers is being massaged to increase property sales.

I have no percunary interest in this marina, although I am involved with marina development both here and mainland Turkey.

lancashirelad, this Marina business has been spoken of since 2006....you can't blame the public for thinking that it's a lie.......although, if he is starting this April, i will retract the comment.....just have to wait and see

Thankyou HIPPO for the call to Altan......i'm looking forward to seeing this Marina bring many more much needed investments and tourists!

Ok folks, Think about it....

Why would anyone reserve a berth in a marina thats not built yet and situated miles from anywhere but holiday homes or houses?

Plus how about customs the military and immigration dept????

I know how hard it is trying to berth in a port/marina in the uk thats not your registered marina,

Its not like you just float in and park up. lol

Cant see it myself most of all in the trnc.

I wouldnt captain a boat anywhere near north cyprus.

would you???

How many boats in kyrenia harbour are not trnc registered?

Look at the airport/airline situation with ercan and the trnc!!

Its not much different trust me....
