i am coming to girne jan 19th for 7 days to look for long term rental in area for period longer than 12 months property must be fully furnished and between 200-400.gbp anyone who can offer me a property please reply.thank you.

I have a lovely 3 bedroom fully furnished apt top floor in Alsancak incl dishwasher, serparate utility, en-suite to master etc and it is £300pcm. If you send me your email address I can forward photos to you. This price includes a communal pool and all management fees. You just have to pay your utilities on top.

Hi Rusty

Thanks I got your email along with several others from people interested in long term lets. However, at least one of them suggested that the negative comments onthe forum had put him off moving into the area. I suppose it is in the nature of forums hat people use them to get problems soved and air their grievances, but it does make it appear that life in the TRNC is less rosy than it really is. When I have been over I have met with lots of positive comments from people happy to be living in the TRNC. It would be good to have a few more of these posted on the forum.
