Yes I am as well, Seyhan does not even asnwer my e-mails now, have reported the problem to the Property Complaints Office who have forward it to the Constructors Association, that was back in January, what excuses did Seyhan have for you the latest inn December was that he was waiting for his builder to get back from the UK.

I now know 3 people on this site , TBP ( Pat C ) and Seyhan are not to be trusted as I'm sure this is a scam , Seyhan states TBP have not passed all the payments him , TBP say they have .

I went to Seyhans office in August 2008 , I noticed a board above his door

stated that it was the head office for Spanish Turtlebay Properties .

Spanish Turtle bay properties has absolutely nothing to do with any of Seyhans sites or anything to do with Pat and turtle bay properties that is now closed in spain. It is a company set up for some Russian investors.

Please ask pat to produce all his payments to Seyhan and see if the sums add up to what you have paid all customers ask pat to show . Bet you dont get anything from him

all you buyers of pats should all get together, compare when you paid him, how much you paid him then demand to see the money transfer receipts. He is not stupid he will try and show you other peoples payments. Thats why you all have to get together and compare notes. All as a group you should go to the serious crimes detectives at the police but as a group not as individuals. They will put pressure on Pat to give you the information. Also it will show how much Seyhan really received,

ALL of you stop gripping and moaning and take action.

You need to start in the UK first.

Hi, Ive been trying to purchase a property at Turtle Bay Beach, I know you guys have been discussing Bahceli Villas but your stories sound similar to mine. I have been unable to reach Turtle Bay Properties, although from looking at these forums I gather they have gone bust. I have been trying to contact Seyhan at the Solicitors firm I am using, but can never reach him and he never returns calls or emails. I havent heard anything from anyone so Im thinking maybe TBP havent paid all of my money to Seyhan, like what has happened to you guys??

I was previously dealing with Pat C at TBP, before all this mess.

Does anyone know how to reach him, or if there is anything I can do?

I would think you all need to get together as a group and go to the serious fraud squad in the uk police, maybe then they can track your funds or at least contact Pat, maybe he will help them with their enquiries , all these funds were sent from within the EU, Pat and his partners still live in the EU, so they can be tracked.
