New member.

Hello all, I have just found this site and joined.

I have paid deposit and foundation stage and now because they are ahead of schedule am due to pay for skeleton.

I have concerns that prices may of dropped ( credit crunch ) since I signed contract ?

Would be grateful to receive any updates, advice or info particularly re current prices/sales info, before I commit my £ 30,000.

are you in cyprus if not i would advise you to get sombody to check before you pay any interim payments i am part of the bracey builders and we do a service that is better for the buyer to start at the off than when to much has been paid and there is no insetive for the builder to continue . many builders are strugling at the moment and will try to rob peter to pay paul many if not all in debt if you are intrested in our help you can contact us at http://www.braceybuilders.com this is not expensive and can save you a lot of money and also when it comes to your final payment some lee way to get things done hope all goes well for your purchase i am sure you will enjoy cyprus
